find a sideproject

You know how governments put out all kinds of reports and press releases that they don’t want to draw a lot of attention on Friday afternoons when reporters aren’t looking? Well, I want to start a crowdsourced project to collect and annotate Friday releases by government agencies. Problem is, I don’t really have time to get the whole thing organized. I’ve got a list of would-be helpers and most of the idea fleshed out, but I really need a collaborator who could really pull things together or take over the project as their own.
